Terms & Conditions — Bommali Enterprises

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Bommali Enterprises provides IREPS-related services and assistance for:

• IREPS portal registration and account setup
• Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) procurement and configuration
• Document preparation and verification
• Tender search and application assistance
• Technical support and troubleshooting
• Compliance and documentation guidance

3. Service Fees and Payment

Our service fees are as follows:

• Complete IREPS Registration: ₹2,999 + GST
• Document Preparation: ₹1,999 + GST
• Technical Support: ₹999 + GST
• DSC Setup and Configuration: ₹1,499 + GST

Payment must be made in advance before service commencement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Submitting all required documents in proper format
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Timely payment of service fees

5. Limitation of Liability

Bommali Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided as part of our services remain the property of Bommali Enterprises unless otherwise specified. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
