1. Service Fees and Payment
Our service fees are clearly stated and must be paid in advance before service commencement:
- Complete IREPS Registration: ₹2,999 + GST
- Document Preparation: ₹1,999 + GST
- Technical Support: ₹999 + GST
- DSC Setup and Configuration: ₹1,499 + GST
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We accept various payment methods including UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered within the promised timeframe due to our fault
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Service cancellation requested before work commencement
- Force majeure circumstances beyond our control
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Government fees and charges (DSC, registration fees, etc.)
- Third-party service charges
- Services already completed or partially completed
- Document preparation work already done
- Technical support already provided
- Consultation and advisory services already rendered
